Where can I buy a mill to turn into a house? - turning commercial property into residential
Are there any websites / ad conversion of commercial property in a unique and personal residence? I'm in VA Beach / N. Carolina area. I do not want something modern ... Country Style more like a windmill. Please help!

I did some research and here are some links that we hope that in pursuing their dreams to start. I think the National Trust for Historic Preservation is a good place to start. Would likely lead to an agent in your area who specialize in distinctive properties. Good luck in your search.
